You also need to tell your doctor if you are using a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin). Important things to know about PrevacidCheck with your doctor whether it is safe to take Prevacid if you have a liver disease. Do not have Prevacid 24HR more than once every day, for 14 days.
