Cialis Composition
Tadalafil is the active ingredient in the Cialis. The inactive ingredients with which this drug is formulated include microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, iron oxide, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide and triacetin.
Tadalafil Working Mechanism
Tadalafil works by inhibiting the action of chemical phosphodiesterase 5. PDE5 is a chemical that breaks down cGMP chemical. cGMP widens the arteries and relaxes the muscles in the penis, thereby increasing the blood flow that helps in achieving the erection. A man suffering from erectile dysfunction is unable to achieve and maintain the erection required for sexual intercourse due to the breaking of cGMP chemical. Thus, Tadalafil by inhibiting the action of PDE5 stops the breakdown of cGMP. This relaxes the muscles and widen the arteries in a sexually stimulated man. This increases the flow of blood to the penis thereby helping a man to achieve and maintaining a stronger erection.
