New Zealand Joins Canadian MMS Warning
New Zealands health regulation body Medsafe has joined Health Canada in warning its countrys citizens against Canadian drugs Miracle Mineral Solution products. Also known as Miracle Mineral Supplements, the tablets are, as they were in Canada, being called a serious threat to health. The FDA in the United States and the Food Standards Authority in the United Kingdom have also issued similar warnings in the past.
Far from being a cure for several diseases, the Canadian drug can, even when taken as directed, be responsible for causing severe health problems such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and even severe dehydration as the products combine to create an industrial bleach within the body. We have communicated with the company in the past to require them to cease making claims that their products are an effective treatment for several serious diseases, Medsafe says, adding to the calls made , FSA and Health Canada for customers to throw away the Canada drug and not take it anymore. Consumers who have experienced any negative effects from MMS should consult a healthcare professional as soon as possible, the statement says.
Health Canada issued its own advisory warning citizens to stay away from the Canada drug in May this year, saying that using this product as directed may cause serious health problems
(and) has been associated with two adverse reactions in Canada, including one life threatening reaction
Consumers should stop using Miracle Mineral Solution (twenty eight percent sodium chlorite solution) immediately.
